 I use a lead generation follow up system that allows me to be in constant contact with my prospects.
 I contact my past clients at least 6 times a year and I ask for referrals.
 I have a data base of the birthdays and hobbies of my key past clients and referral sources.
 I ask my customers to complete a post closing customer satisfaction survey and I follow up on the comments.
 I have a professional website and marketing materials.
 I hold regular client appreciation gatherings or educational events.
 My customers (past and present) clearly understand why they should be referring clients to me.
 When someone is speaking, I listen at a deeper level to "hear" feelings and emotions, not just words.
 I enjoy delivering presentations, running seminars and giving talks to people.
 I can identify priority tasks from those deemed "Must do now" situations.
